Each Booth will be equipped with:
- Wipe Outs Wipes
(in Place of Paper Towel) if You're not comfortable with Wipe Outs, We will try and arrange Paper Towel, but it's best to bring it so you don't miss out)
- 70% Isopropyl Alcohol
- Minute Man Disinfectant Wipes
(we avoid the use of spray in the shows)
- Hand Sanitizer

- Banner Hooks (There are never enough to go around a show)

Although there will be 3 Suppliers in the building, these are some of the things they never seem to bring.

FRIDAY - DAY 1
10am - Artist / Vendor Access for Sign In.
All Artists / Vendors please report to the entrance of Building #2 for Sign In.
Here you will receive your Badges, Wristbands, Confirm your Booth Number and be assigned a porter to guide you and your items to your Booth.
PLEASE leave your items in your vehicles as you may need to bring them to a closer loading door to your booth. Your Porter will direct you to your access door. NOTE: Porters are assigned to help you move quickly in and out of the building. Be nice, they're volunteers.
10am - 2pm - Artist / Vendor Set Up and Inspection Ready
York Region Public Health will be in full attendance all weekend. Prior to any service commencing (Tattoo or Piercing) your booth must be inspected and passed by a York Region Public Health Inspector.
To make the process smoother, we have assigned a booth for Public Health. It will be located in the Front Entrance, Building 2. Inspectors have been instructed to wait there until you're ready to be inspected. So when you're all set up, go to the Health Booth and get an inspector.
There is no Tattooing before the show opens at 3pm.
SHOWTIME: 3-11pm
Side Stage Performances taking place throughout the day with:
- Fenyxfyre
- Orbax & Pepper - The Monsters of Schlock
- Cervena Fox
Main Stage Concerts Happening throughout the day in the Beer Gardens Building 4.
Entrance to the Food Trucks is also in Building 4 through the Beer Gardens.
FRIDAY NIGHT CONCERTS
- Doors Open For The Main Show Concerts At 6:30pm
Although the room will be open all day for the Beer Gardens and Main Stage Acts, everyone will be asked to clear the room a few mins before to double check wristbands. Only VIP / Artist and Concert Ticket Holders will be allowed back in once the Big Show Starts.
Yes, if you have the right band (All Artist / Vendors Do) you can come and go from the concert hall.

Contest Registration is at the Front Entrance.
Contests Commence at 8pm until complete on the side stage (Building 3).
11pm - SHOW CLOSES.
SATURDAY - DAY 2
SHOWTIME : 12noon - 11pm
11:30 am - Artists Entrance is OPEN at Building 2 Main Doors.
12 Noon - Show Opens to the public.
Side Stage Performances taking place throughout the day with:
- Fenyxfyre
- Orbax & Pepper - The Monsters of Schlock
- Cervena Fox
Main Stage Concerts Happening throughout the day in the Beer Gardens Building 4.

Contests Commence at 5:30pm until complete on the side stage (Building 3).
SHOW FINALE - 7pm.
- Porters will return to help you when you're ready to move out.
- No Packing Up prior to the show closing.(People have paid to see you at your booth, let's give them a full show).
